1. Do you make all jewellery yourself?

Yes 💍, all our jewellery is handmade by me with love and care. Each piece is unique, especially in Kundan and fabric jewellery.

2. Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! ✨ If you have a specific design, color, or style in mind, we can customize jewellery for you. Just contact us through WhatsApp/Instagram/Email.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days (as each piece is handmade).

  • Delivery time: 5–7 working days depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID so you can track your parcel easily.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we accept online payments for all orders. COD may be introduced in the future.

6. Do you ship outside India?

Right now, we ship only within India. We’ll update our customers if international shipping starts.

7. What if my jewellery is damaged during delivery?

We pack all products safely 💝. But if you receive a damaged item, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours, and we’ll help with replacement/exchange as per our policy.

8. Can I cancel or return my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Due to hygiene and handmade nature, returns are not accepted, but exchanges may be possible if the product is damaged.

9. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes 👍, we take bulk/wholesale orders for functions, gifting, and reselling. Contact us directly for details.
